It appears my monster is suffering that same ignition coil problem that plagues many of them. When I brought this to the attention of Skagit Power Sports over a month ago, I was blown off like a piece of lint. So, I went straight to Ducati and pitched my bitch. *Then* I got a call from SPS. Funny how that happens. What I find entertaining is that SPS hired me to work in their service department in part because I am knowledgeable, yet that same person blew me off like I was a big nothing. I'm over that, as long as the bike gets fixed, but I won't be going back to work for a dealership that treats their customers with such disregard. Humph. I'm stuck with them as they are the closest dealership and I paid for the first 3 years of maintenance up front. But, I most certainly do not appreciate how I was treated, and won't be highly recommending them to any other potential customers.
