Ducatista - there is still plenty of slots open for the PSSR Track Day at Thunder Hill next week.  If you can get your behinds and your bikes down there I highly recommend it.  This is a complicated and long track.

I'll be down there trying to tear up my new tires getting some first hand instruction from Scott Soper #73 (OMRRA Club Champion) !!  oh yeah baby

edited: anyway it was a bad first day: paint rubbed off the bike by tie-downs and had to get my own room.

Sorry to hear about the bike and the added expenses. I hope that the riding makes up for it, and that the trip home is less costly...

330 miles of mountain twisties along several roads known as "Destination Highways".  Great riding.  Amazing views, and amazing roads.  Gotta get this book 'Destination Highways'. 

If you ride these roads, take a Camel Back you'll need the water. whew!
