2Fast Suspension Seminar (charitable event)
Up to Tech Help
OK people- Here is an event that if you can make would benefit you and the riding community. It's at Renton Motorcycles 7-9pm.
Suspension: The single most overlooked performance modification by today’s motorcycle owner is clearly suspension set up: few understand what to do when it comes to rebound and compression damping, spring rates, sag, and getting a bike set up properly. While motorcycle riders are often quick to spend thousands of dollars on additional power mods, they often overlook the critical importance of set up and tuning of the suspension… and you need not be one of them. With the help of GP Suspension's Barry Wressel and the staff of 2Fast, this seminar can help you learn how to set up your bike properly and take your riding to the next level! Join us for an evening of education, camaraderie, food/beverage, and get yourself out of the dark when it comes to suspension and set up! Yet even if you already know everything there is to know about suspension and set up, there’s another great reason to attend our Feb 17th event…
Help a Friend: As some of you know, Rick Salmon of SB Motorsports – a long time source of trackside support to the track day and racing community - was the victim of a robbery this past summer. After returning home from a 2Fast track day, a thief broke into his supply trailer and stole nearly $40,000 of inventory he had on hand, loading the inventory into Rick’s truck and then driving away. To show our appreciation and support of Rick and all that he does for the motorcycle track day and racing community, 2Fast is donating ALL proceeds of this event to Rick Salmon… with the goal of raising $5000 on Feb 17th. Please help us exceed 100 participants at this event by inviting your friends to join you, and if you can’t attend please consider making an online donation to this cause.
Cost of the event: $49 per person, which includes a coupon for 2 beverages of your choice (beer, wine, or soft drinks), along with a packet of information and seminar notes that we’ll have available for each attendee.
Sign Up: Registrations must be made online at www.2-fast.org/eshop/cart.php. Credit card payments accepted, and the deadline for registration will be midnight on Wed, February 14th. If you cannot attend but you and/or a friend would like to make a donation to the cause, we would encourage you to donate online with the same link by purchasing "donation tickets" and again all proceeds will go to SB Motorsports. Every penny counts!
